Who We Are

The Founder of History Pro, having worked in the construction industry as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, Cost Estimator, and Architect Representative for 20 years, identified a great need for a more efficient and user-friendly way to store historical cost data to use for future estimating. This realization led to the creation of History Pro. At the start of every project, he was always asked the same question: “How much will it cost?” Knowing that this query would shape each project’s size, scope & outcome – often before the design had begun – he realized that looking at actual cost history was the best way to predict future costs. In response to this need, History Pro has become a revolutionary software for every Construction, Design, and Estimating professional.
